By checking the SMS consent box on any of our website forms, you agree to receive text messages from Wells Premium Healthcare Services at the phone number provided. The information (phone numbers) obtained as part of the SMS consent process will not be shared with third parties for marketing purposes

Your caregiver is scheduled to arrive this Tuesday between 9:00 AM and 11:00 AM. Please reply STOP to opt out of SMS messaging from Wells Premium Healthcare Services at any time."
Message Frequency
Message frequency may vary depending on the type of communication. You may receive up to 1000 SMS messages per month related to your appointments, staffing schedule, care coordination, or account status
Potential Fees for SMS Messaging
Please note that standard message and data rates may apply, depending on your mobile carrier's pricing plan. Wells Premium Healthcare Services serves clients and staff within Pennsylvania and all SMS communications are sent domestically. We are not responsible for any messaging fees charged by your mobile carrier.
Opt-Out Method
You can opt out of receiving SMS messages from Wells Premium Healthcare Services at any time by replying "STOP" to any SMS message you receive. Upon opting out, you will receive a confirmation message and no further SMS messages will be sent.
Alternatively, you can contact us directly at 800-220-6165 to request removal from our messaging list.
